Questions about Super Natural Organic Facial Oil

When should I use a facial oil?

Whenever you would use a cream moisturiser. At night after cleansing and during the day whenever your skin feels dry. Under make-up or on bare skin.

How much should I use?

This will vary according to the dryness of your skin. Start with a small ‘puddle’ in the palm of your hand. Massage into the skin until it is all absorbed. If you use too much tissue off and use a little less next time. A little goes a long way, and your skin will tell you how much it needs.

Do I use a facial oil before or after my cream moisturiser?

Think of your facial oil as your moisturiser. No need for both. Your skin will be perfectly protected against dryness with your facial oil.

What's the difference between natural vitamin E from wheat germ and wheat germ oil?

Wheat germ oil is a popular skincare ingredient. It is high in vitamin E, contains vitamin A, vitamin D and several B vitamins and is a good source of essential fatty acids. However, it can turn rancid if not kept in a refrigerator or if exposed to sunlight. Wheat germ oil is yellow in colour and has a strong odour. Although wheat germ oil is high in vitamin E, it is not vitamin E. Vitamin E is a clear, sticky, odourless oil. The chemical name for vitamin E is Tocopherol. It's this natural, unrefined vitamin E, sourced from wheat germ that we use in Super Natural Organic Facial Oil.
